Sorry, I'm not sure. I hope someone can help. If you ask your local chemist, they may be able to get it in or recommend somewhere.
I am taking DS to the Paed on monday to get him started on Losec for his reflux, my GP said he needs it but doesnt want to prescribe it without him being reviewed by the Paed first.
I know that it can be taken in tablet form or you can get it compounded, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any pharmacies in Perth (I am in Midland but willing to travel around a bit) where I can get it compounded?

I had heaps of problems finding chemists that would compound it but its worth driving for it for the ease of giving to bubs. The pharmacy at St John of God in Subi does and they are brilliant - just ring them first to make sure they have a batch made up so if they don't, they can make it before you get there so you don't have to wait too long. The pharmacies around me (I live in Wembley) all said they would do it, but it would take a few days because they would have to special order the "ingredients" in, so if you're a million miles from Subi it might be worth asking if your local pharmacy can order in.
We also go to St John of God Subi, they make it fresh everyday.
Ali do you find that your stuff only lasts 2 weeks and symptoms start coming back around then? We do and get ours twice a month.
Lulu which paed are you seeing? Good luck with the appointment.
I ended up just goin with the tablets, I disolve them in a nuerofen syringe and he takes it just fine, the Paed I saw suggested not getting it compounded because it doesnt work as well.
