Molars??

Ok, DD only has 4 teeth at the moment. I think her next top two are coming through soon though, there are lumps there.

But I just noticed down the bottom towards the back it looks like teeth are coming through on both sides!! They are where molars would be!! But it's more like it's coming out the side of the gum! There's a big lump there on the side of her gum and I can feel something on her gum, feels like when a tooth first starts coming through but not as sharp as the others. And there's two little white dots on each side.

Molars can't be coming through yet can they?? Wrong order, she only has the top and bottom two so far. What is it then??

Well, teeth can come through in any order they feel like, it's called cross-cutting. So it's possible that her molars are starting to erupt. Or it could be that they're just moving around, but will go up and down a bit before coming through. Molars can look a bit like they're coming out the side of the gums, especially in comparison to the incisors, so I wouldn't be worried about that.

The long and the short of it is that there is nothing you can do about it, teeth will erupt as they please . Just keep an eye out for anything unusual..........but teeth coming through in the 'wrong' order isn't unusual

LOL yep it sure could be!

Jazzy's teeth came through really randomly. First the top teeth, but not the fronts, the next ones along. Then the bottom ones, not the fronts, the seconds again. And then the two front at the top and then the bottom, then the top molars, then the bottom molars, and she is now working on her top eye teeth and the bottom third (are they eye teeth too? not sure...).

Hope they don't give her too much grief

Yup, teeth come all over the place... DS got his bottom middle two first, then one of his top second teeth, and then one of his top middle!

Could explain her grumpiness and constant pulling at her ears!! I thought it was just the top ones coming. Poor little thing. Maybe they're just moving around a bit.
Would be nice to have a break from this teething business!! lol, wishful thinking.

Wishful thinking indeed hun...........we're only just getting a break now that they're all through, as of about a month ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YEP! Lol, we called he a little vampire for a few weeks until she cut the front ones. I'll have to find the pics and put them on facebook, it was SO CUTE!!!
