Just thought I'd add to this... we noticed a longer delay between eating the problem food and the reaction. I was starting to doubt it was actually dairy because of this. The Pead told me that it just depends on where they're having the reaction. He said that with dairy it's often an inflammation of the lower intestine, so it takes 24-48 hours to get there and then the inflammation to start impacting. He also said that once the gut is damaged, it can take a week or two to settle again so results of cutting out a food may not be immediate. Worth keeping notes in your diary on what you're eating and when your LO is worst to see if you can see a pattern. Good luck... colic sucks!
