DS has been on zantac .75ml now for 4 days, he weighs 4.3kg. We haven't noticed any improvement, in fact today in particular has been shocking. Crying in feeding, and after, stretching out legs, arching back, and just will not settle. He drifts off being held but as soon as he's moved he cries, wakes up. He hasn't had a sleep more than a few minutes for over 15 hours now.... the dr told me to go back in 4 weeks to re-assess the zantac!! i can't think why else he isn't sleeping apart from the reflux and being over tired cycle. I don't know if i should ring the dr again tomorrow or what else to try? he's been in and out of the carrier too which also isn't helping, plus i've tried, brauer colic, infants friend etc.

what should i do?
