Okay we've been prescribed this by our GP for DD's reflux, but he was a bit wishy-washy on the dosage. The instruction label on it says 'take half to one tablet twice a day dissolved in water'. The pack says 1 tablet for 75ml but he only gave us a 3ml syringe. I know the 75ml is an adult dosage but what should it be for a 4.5 week old?
