Oh hun, bigfor you and Milly. I'm no expert by any means, so not sure what you should do. If it was me, I would prob book a drs apt for Monday, and that way give it the rest of this week to see how things progress. I really hope it kicks in soon for both your sakes
ETA: Just remembered that a girl at mothers group gives her DD medication in a bottle. Not sure how u r feeding, but either way, you could mix the meds in with EBM or formula and try give it to Milly that way to ensure that she is actually ingesting the required dose. Just an idea....
