DD did this too at around his age. It nearly drove me insane, especially since I was working part-time!

I must admit that I just brought her into bed with us and bf her for a little while (I dropped that after a couple of months and started offering water). Then I decided I was sick of getting up and took the sides off her cot and let her find her own way into our bed! No problems after that and after a couple of months she stopped coming in overnight and would wait until first thing in the morning when she wakes up.

Personally, it wasn't the waking up that bothered me as much as the time spent standing cold in the dark trying to re-settle her in her cot. So I took the cot out of the equation! It will pass.
