I think she's just having way too much fun with her new found mobility!!

Does she get tired if you leave her in the cot for a while?
Have you tried laying down with her?

Thats all I can think of. Maybe if she's happy in the cot leave her there where she's safe & get a few things done.
Do you rock her to sleep?
