    Back 2 work 2day but 10mth old up 2 or 3 times a night

Today I went back to work and bubs was up twice last night. This has been happening now since November when the first teeth cut. Now he has 6 teeth and he is still waking.

My bub slept through from 8 weeks of age. Every night now I am up at least twice! I don't know what to do.

I feed him. Sometimes I am even having to put him into bed with us in the early hours of the morning just so I can get some sleep.

He was a perfect sleeper. Since he cut teeth - I have a terror on my hands.

DH and I have decided to BF till he at least 12mths on waking. I have cut back his daily feeds to 3 - so I think he is making up for it at night.

Also - since he started child care last week - he has been worse. I think he has major separation anxiety! He won't settle for DH at night since he started child care.

    Suggestions, experience, advice all welcome!

    Hi Mum2Willie
My daughter is now 18 months. She teethed quite early and it didn't stop until they were all through (I think she has a couple missing but thats about it). And I must say that the only thing that worked or helped her sleep was neurofen. Panadol didn't really do anything for her. Nerofen has anti-inflammatory properties that panadol doesn't.

Neurofen helped with the inflammatin of her gums and let her and us get some sleep.

I guess it depends on how desperate you get. But we were on the edge with no sleep at night and she was never a good day sleeper either.

During the day we would use cold or frozen teething rings. I also used frozen or near frozen pieces of fruit. You can also put wet facewashers in the freezer until they are really cold. My DD also liked to chew on them. (These are great for keeping them cool on hot days too...).

    Good luck
