I was just about to suggest Pinky's phone consults. There are not a lot of no-cry sleep consultants around because there really isn't a lot they do! They wont try to train your baby and give you a set betime routine in the way another sleep consultant will so the most they generlaly do is reassure, support and offer you tips (such as checking bedding, lighting, comfort etc). Pinky suggests a lot of these in her book "Sleeping like a baby" and I think having a chat to her on the phone would be really helpful. I saw her for breastfeeding troubles and she followed up with a phone call and was juts as soothing and helpful on the phone.
