Sleep does seem to become the focus of everything sometimes! i guess when we are tired its all we can think about. i have learnt to just say 'yeah shes a pretty good sleeper sometimes' when others ask. cause i cant be doing with the comments! In reality, she wakes up between 2 and 7 times a night, every night. but she is happy and clearly hungry when she does wake. And my body has given up on being tired and now gets by on less sleep...cant say the same for my brain sometimes though!

marcellus - i know what you mean about the comments implying our 'bad' parenting choices being the source of our babies not sleeping. i'm learning to ignore those comments!
DS has given us a few nights this week of only waking once - he's also had a few ripper nights of being up hourly! i'm sure he'll get there eventually - there's just no other option
