Is this why King Size beds were invented? LOL.
My husband see's it as a real burden to bring the kids into bed when we cant get them back to sleep. I really like it![]()

DD1 slept with me until she was about 8 months old and basically objected to being in bed with me by bouncing up and down off my knees. Then transferred her into a cot also in my room until she was 18 months at which point she went into her own room and I've been trying to get her back into my bed ever since
DD2 starts off in a cot and then either co-sleeps with DP or with me when she wakes up around midnight. DP and I generally sleep in separate rooms at the moment because he works late shifts and his snoring seems very effective at re-settling DD2 who often wakes up every 40 mins throughout the night. That makes for a very unsettled sleep for me if she's in my bed but DP barely stirs (I know this from when all three of us have been in the same bed). So for us, it works best if DD2 co-sleeps with DP who actually loves it too.
