Not sure if it helps, but DS's sleep is also not great at the moment. Like your LO he's been waking up at 4 or 4.30am and wanting to start the day I would give anything to get him to go back to sleep with us, but once he's had a quick feed in bed he's up and trying to get out so he can go play.

I think it might be a developmental thing (either that or maybe something to do with how light it is at the moment) cos I know of a couple of other little ones around the same age as ours who are being little horrors at night. Fingers crossed it doesn't last too much longer x
