    Question Co- Sleeping and Snoring??

    Hi all,
We co-sleep with my son to a point- he isn't in the bed with us but his cot is in our room, arm's length away. The problem is my husband snores like you would not believe. I really don't want to move him into his own room yet (he is only 4 and a half months and still breastfeeding regularly at night and i feel like moving him would make things harder for both us- both him and me would be much more awake by the time I got in to him).
My theory is that perhaps one of the reasons he wakes so frequently (every two hours some nights) is because the snoring is bothering him. The few nights I've kicked my poor man out into the spare room, my son has seemed to have had a better sleep... but a lot of people have said that since he has being hearing the snoring since day one, it is probably not bothering him at all.
    What does everyone else think?

We both snore and DD sleeps 10 - 11hrs a night with no feeds or anything. IMO they get used to it.

In my experience they do get used to snoring and sleep through it. But your DS might be different. It's so hard to know LR, but I am sure you will find what works best for your family. At that age, frequent night-waking is common anyway so that could be all it is. Otherwise, if he does always seem to sleep better without DH in the room, you might have to trial some alternatives. One option might even be to play soothing music at nigiht - it might help you all sleep better! Best of luck with it, I hope you start getting some more sleep soon!
