hmm that could actually be the trick trish! i remember as a young girl (mebbe 4-5) i was still wetting the bed and the GP told me directly that i need to remember to wake up and go do a wee...it was like a lightbulb moment for me and i never wet the bed again lol. so strange and yet, it's like i needed to be told that was possible ITMS.
