DD had this for about 9 days in a row. Her's was scary though because she'd try and stand up on mine and DP's bed and walk. She fell off twice. Hopefully it passes quickly for you! xx
Shades, you sound like you really really need a break Do you have a friend or someone you trust to take DS for one night?
Or can your partner help out in some way so you can get some much needed time? Even a day off so you can get your hair done, relax at cafe with a coffee?
Our little ones rely on us soo much that it easy to forget to take care of yourself. If you can get a break, it may be easier to deal with while DS is going through this milestone.
It WILL get better, it may not seem like it at the moment
Shades, it is tiring when you get woken a lot in the night. It is hard to say how long this phase will last, but as they say, "this too shall pass". I think it really goes in cycles with kids - they sleep well for a while and then you have a tiring time for a while again until the sleeping settles. Until the next time. Even my nearly 6yo has periods where he wakes up and comes into our bed for a few nights in a row - and then he wriggles around and no-one sleeps well. You will know what it's like to sleep through the night again hun - hang in there
