I have heard that saliva kills sperm. I was just wondering if anyone in here has heard of this and knows of anything about it?

all i came across was that we should not use any lubricants and we should use saliva or egg whites as an alternative.

People use that pre seed stuff which is apparently expensive. We don't use anything extra

some of us are lucky and dont need any extra...

apparently.....do not quote me on this.....but some women who lack cervical mucous have claimed that egg whites did the same thing and helped carry the sperm through the cervix.

I have heard that this is not true and its only used for lubricating.

I also read that saliva is no good for trying to conceive. DH and I avoided oral sex for months while TTC. We got so fed up one month and decided we would just do things how we want and forget all the rules and regulations, and guess what...BFP. So it can't do too much harm.
