    10 days late BFN

Normally have regular 26 day cycles but now 10 days late and BFN. Had tiny amount of brown spotting around Day 26 and have since had some clear discharge (not enough to use liner). Been feeling extremely tired, ocassional headaches (don't normally get them) and had a few midnight toilet trips which never happens. My DH and I think my breasts look different but not sure if that's our imagination. Could I be pregnant if I'm getting BFN's 10 days after missed AF and is it too early to go to doctors for blood test?

Normally a urine test would show if you were pregnant by now, but not always. In your shoes I would go to the GP on Monday for a blood test. Good luck

Last year my period was 15 days late and I was getting BFN on the poas - I went and had a blood test and my period started before I got the results back LOL. At the same time, a friend of mine was having negative on poas and she was 12 weeks pregnant!

    Hi hun,

I was 12 days late before my 21st birthday, all my POAS were neg so I went and had a blood test the day before my bday. I rang the clinic on the morning of my bday and they said it was neg and I burst into tears, went to get up to go and have a hot shower to calm myself down and AF came with a vengence. Stress can hold AF off as well.

My friend doesn't seem to get BFN's with POAS either. Dunno why!! RE: boobs... do they look veiny? Like, can you see the blue veins rather clearly that you probably couldn't see before? That, for some can be a real giveaway for being pregnant. for you.

Thanks for the replies. Took Travellers advise and get blood test results tomorrow, looking forward to getting some answers as AF still missing.

frustrating day today...still no AF, preg test came back negative and all other tests came back normal. Just wish they could have given me something to work with, instead the nurses advise was if symptoms same next week come back for more tests.

This happened to me end of last year - 7 weeks with no AF and ALWAYS had a 28 day cycle. I ended up going back on the pill just cause I can't cope with it all... apparantly this can happen when you are TTC (stress of it all I think!). Hope it sorts itself out xx

Just so you know, and I dont mean to give false hope - I did not have a BFP until 2 days after a missed period (textbook 28 day cycle) **AND** I worked out, I ovulated on CD8!!!!

    Good luck with the BT
