I'm so sorry to hear your sad news You are completely valid in grieving as although it's called a "chemical pregnancy" you must have conceived in order for your body to create hcg. That means that your's and your partner's DNA combined to create the beginnings of a life and no matter how brief that spark existed, it still contained all your hopes and dreams for that life.
