2 BFP - Can I assume I pregnant?

Am I pregnant? Is it safe to assume that I am most likely pregnant! I am so happy (and trying to contain it just in case) so please let me know what you think as maybe it is to early.

AF came last month on the 12th. The past week my BB have been quite sore and my tummy has been funny like a constant stomach ache. So I figured why not test myself and last night got a faint . It was faint but definatley there and DH agreed... this morning I thought may as well test again and another

So what do you all think? My AF is meant to come in 2-3 days... should I test again then if no sign or go ahead and make a doctor's appointment?
