4 positive hpt, 1 negative doctors test...HELP :-(

Call the dr this morning and see if the results are in, that's what I usually do

But 5 positives, I think it's safe to say you're having a baby

Hoping for positive bt for you. Home pg tests are tricky things, some are more sensitive than others. I remember with my ds I was a tad addicted and tried about 5 different brands with positives and negatives. If you have had 5 positives I'm thinking you're pregnant! Good luck and let us know. X

I had the same thing happen only I had about 14 positive HPT (yes I had a problem) but a negative Dr's.

He sent me for some bloods and they came back positive, my Dr later told me that they had about 4 or 5 false negatives and found out that the batch of tests they had received were defective.

So hopefully something simmilar has happended to you.

OK I'm more than just a little excited and any doubt I had is pretty much gone now! :-)
I just bought a digital test (it's about 1.52pm) and have done it after work. Because I am just THAT impatient and was a little worried cause I was getting cramping. Thanks so much for whoever recommended it. I couldn't find who said to try one.

IT SAYS IN BIG DIGITAL LETTERS PREGNANT & 2-3 weeks underneath.
Just have to wait for the blood tests to confirm what I already know.
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!

YAY! We're very excited.

Will let everyone know my blood test results when I get them tomorrow. Gosh I hope they're not like the doctors urine test :S Lol.

Hehe Fantastic news I always used the digital ones, there is no guesswork then!
Don't worry about crampy feelings either that's perfectly normal. I was sure AF was coming because I had all the cramps & backaches I normally get a few days before but nope I was pregnant.

Positive test is a postive test. I thought you couldnt get false positives just false negatives so if you have had 5 postive tests then the Drs are wrong! They can only detect if the HPT is in your system and clearly you have it in yours so in saying that
