Does she know that she ovulated at her normal time? If she ovulated late then she certainly could be pg. But if not, I'd say sadly it's not too likely. The poor thing must be desperate to know.
just chatting to a friend who is a little worried and wants some advice so i thought i'd jump in here to ask the ladies tt as this feels like forever ago!
anyway, she isn't ttc, but is now quite late on a mostly regular cycle. here is what she has said:
she has a fair bit of stress in her life at the moment so is thinking AF may be late because of this, but want to know what others think.Period is 2 weeks late, negative POAS at 5 days late and 10 days late, no nausea, normal soreness of breasts (like due for period), started cramping in belly 2 days ago but like a period cramping, runny milky cm, normal smell/taste for pre-period but thinner, partner has male fertility issues (dtd approx 2 days before ovulation)

i asked her, and she said that she believes she had normal EWCM a couple of days after DTD so doesn't think O was late at all
she is hoping she isn't to be honest - the timing just isn't right - so the "sadly not likely" is very reassuring. i have suggested getting a BT to know one way or another, but she can't get to a Dr til late in the week
How about while waiting to get in for a blood test one of you can go get a pregnancy test.
she has done a hpt a few days ago which was negative. not in a position financially to grab another at this point so she has to wait a few more days
She could be having an anovulatory cycle?? I did once, it went for 42 days or something! I had had ewcm during it too.
