    Advice on whats going on...please...

If you have had similar experience or any ideas on what could be going on I would really appreciate it.

TTC number 3. Had early m/c in Nov and then regular cycles of 28 / 29 days. This cycle on 10 DPO experience very, very light pinkish spotting. Over the next couple of days turned to brown spotting but was always very, very light. It completely stopped yesterday which was 13 DPO. Did a test this morning and BFN. No sign of AF and my boobs have started to ache slightly.

I am so confused, this has never happened before. I normally get my BFP quite early so I if I was pregnant I would have thought it would have shown up on a test by now. Is there another reason you may have a small bleed like that. Is it something I should be concerned about???

Arggh, bodies can be so confusing sometimes!

Thanks for reading and if you have any thoughts please share.

It could quite possibly be a hormone imbalance, it is usually the cause of spotting.

I'd wait a day or two, then test again if AF still hasn't come. The bleeding could still be implantation, since the hpt looks for hCG, which isn't produced until implantation, with a CD10 implantation, your hCG may well still be too low to detect. If AF does arrive after all, it might be a good idea to discuss the bleeding with your GP, who could do some tests next cycle for hormones, which, as Strawberry said, could be out of balance.

    Thanks girls.

Strawberry, i looked up the hormonal imbalance and maybe that is the cause. I have never had anything like it before, but I guess as we get older our bodies can change. I will go to the doctors next week just to get checked out (yuck!!!).
