which is better?
elevit or blackmores pregnancy formula?

in relation to quality, vitamin content and price? and which one would you choose?

i sat down and read the contents for both and my GP recommended selenium, which the blackmores has and elevit doesn't. Folate is the most important thing to take, and folate tablets are very cheap

I have always felt better and had more energy when taking Elevit over Blackmores, particuarly when I was b/f Nina.
