I use physiotherapy more for muscle soreness and at the moment I am seeing a Chiropractor b/c my back is not in the right place. I will continue seeing a Chrio throughout my pg to help with pelvic stability (so I don't waddle ;p) I have heard great things about osteopaths and myotherapy but not personally experience it.


). Has anyone had any luck with either myotherapy, physiotherapy, chiropractors or osteopaths? Either while pregnant or not, or both? Thanks
