    any advice for muscle problems?

    Hi all,
I'm looking at going to see someone for a very sore upper back and neck giving me constant headaches. I also have fibromyalgia. Ideally I'd like to see someone now and continue to have therapy through the pregnancy (once that happens ). Has anyone had any luck with either myotherapy, physiotherapy, chiropractors or osteopaths? Either while pregnant or not, or both? Thanks I've heard myotherapy is pretty good but looking for other peoples experiences.

I use physiotherapy more for muscle soreness and at the moment I am seeing a Chiropractor b/c my back is not in the right place. I will continue seeing a Chrio throughout my pg to help with pelvic stability (so I don't waddle ;p) I have heard great things about osteopaths and myotherapy but not personally experience it.
