I don't have a disability, but I know a woman on another forum in the UK who has severe RA and has been in a wheelchair many years. She had a lovely son by planned C/S and seemed to have a good pregnancy. I also saw two stories on TV about women with partial paralysis (one a paraplegic one a high quad) who both had normal vaginal deliveries. So I guess there's no real reason why things can't go well and normally for you but each person and each baby are individuals, your pregnancy and birth may be very different.
