Anyone else? I hope I have done this right. My first time using this site :)
Hi, I am at my WITTS END here so hoping some knowledgable people can PLEASE help me. Had lap surgery for extensive endometriosis and now am trying to conceive. Heres the go-
Thurs am; Scan- 2x 19mm folicles. Had a 5000 pregnyl shot
Fri; Spotting pretty much all day (whats the go with that?)
Sat; Cramping on and off all day (whats the go with that too?)
We had intercourse Fri pm, Sat am & sat pm. I had no trace of cervical mucas so used the maybe baby Sperm Friendly gel. Have I covered all my bases. Anyone else get the bleeding then pains the day after. THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE
It seems like you had intercourse around the right time.
I've never had any spotting after trigger shot but it could have been ovulation bleeding by the sounds of it.
Cramping can be written of as anything really. Could be side effects of the trigger or ovulation.
If this cycle isn't successful I would have intercourse the day you do trigger the following night and then the 2 following nights just to cover all your bases. What ideally you need is for sperm to be in your tubes waiting for O to happen and be ready to fertilize that golden egg. Which is why I suggested intercourse the day of trigger.
Thanks for the reply Porsch. It is so appreciated. I will definately try intercourse the same night as the trigger if I dont get a BFP this month. I wont let myself feel optimistic because of all the BFN's I have had over the last 2 years. I am now 10 dpo and have had cramps for the last 2 days and major bloating (& gas....sorry haha) but then not sure if the cramps are gas or implantation......AF is due is in 4 days, praying she doesnt show Thanks again for the reply
I was going to test today (AF due) but the spotting I had last night and the pains I am having this morning are making me feel pretty confident that AF is on her way. I never had any of that with my daughter. Oh well, after over 2 years of trying Im sure one more month wont hurt haha. Please let me know how you get on Wishing you all the best.
