Sorry I have taken so long I couldnt get onto BB yesterday and have been busy this morning with prep stuff...
Anyway I guess I should have really looked at the age gap of you kiddlets 1stas I can only really speak for my age gap which is 3 yrs so 6 yrs between 1 and 2... The biggest thing I had to get used to was school drop off and pick up as DS was in 1st year and DD2 came half way though, so she had to work around us not us working around her... this has made her a very easy going baby one who would learn to sleep when ever where ever....
I cant say I found the jump too bad ( hence why we are going again... ) I found that number 3 not just mine but alot of friends I know with 3 will also say this... Its almost like number 3 just slips into your family...
I always say to those who are thinking about 3 this...
Your 3rd child is born knowing its the 3rd, as while in tummy it can hear all the noise on the outside so come out knowing that it has a place in the family... While you were UTD with #1 it was nice and quite and only the sounds of mum and dad... #2 it was nice and quite as lets face it when you have only 1 there isnt much yelling going on.... But when #3 is on board they hear a LOT of noise, as 1 and 2 are fighting you are yelling at 1 and 2 to leave each other alone and so on and so on, so #3 comes out knowing it isnt alone in the world so learns to sleep though anything learns to defend itself very early on...
Everyone who meets me and DD2 will always say gee you can tell she is #3 lol I think that has alot to do with me been quite laied back so dont stress to much if she picks something of the floor to eat, hasnt harmed her yet she has been the heathest bub I have had.... Best of luck TTC # 3 they are a compleat joy....
Dash... The best way of telling a DH about the next baby I actully heard from it hear but LOVED it and will use it when I am UTD with #4....
Take a picture of yourself and put it in a card and write....
Cost of card $ 2.50
Cost of photo .50 c
seeing your face when you realise there are two of us in this photo priceless....
Well I like it anyway.... Goodluck tonight....
Just checked the age gaps so alot of what I said will apply to you with school/ prep next year
