Anyone wanna be my buddy?

Hi all,
I apologise if this is in the wrong section but was hoping that someone might be my buddy. I had my ovidrel trigger injection today (am on first cycle of puregon after failed attempts on clomid) so I am expecting ovulation to happen within 24 hours so I plan to bd this weekend and will then be in the 2ww over Christmas. I have been instructed by my fs to do a hpt if I don't have AF by 15 days after trigger which would be the 3rd of Jan. I will also be having pregnyl next wed and then the following sunday to support the luteal phase. So if anyone is about to embark on the 2ww and wants a buddy, let me know!!

Hey, wow... the journey your about to embark on sounds full on. Im sorry im not overally ofae with all the assisted side of things.. BUT, we will be in our TWW over xmas/NY period so im more than happy to ride thaat ride with you

As for me I took the trigger yesterday morning so am hoping that ovulation has occured or will occur soon. I have been keeping DH busy and will continue to BD tonight and tomorrow and then the waiting game will begin!

Thanks for the reply! You are more than welcome to be our buddy too, it would be really tempting to test on Christmas day but see if you can hold out. Hopefully we will all have a lovely surprise for the New Year!!!

Aries I agree with you about trying to pass the time but I am optimistic that this 2ww won't be so bad with Christmas and New Years to pass some of the time, hang in there! Any symptoms yet?
Missy MooMoo hope it starts going quickly for you, at least you ovulated earlier than normal so you are in the 2ww earlier than normal so that's a positive!!!

AFM today is 4dpo and I just gave myself my first pregnyl shot, what a disaster. First I *****ed my finger with the needle when trying to get the safety cap off (lol) and then I was trying to stay calm and take my time, not easy with a 2 year old banging at the bedroom door. Well I eventually did it and it really hurt- much worse than the puregon! Oh well one more injection to go on Sunday and then hopefully I will get my bfp and won't have to jab myself anymore!!!
I think that I will test on January 4th if AF has not arrived. That gives the pregnyl a week to get out of my system!

I tested today being 11DPO & got a
I have all the signs of pregnancy but unfortunately I think its more the signs of AF
I really hope that its just too early to tell & that maybe I will get the result I want later in the week. I had my fingers crossed this month - My Hubby & I have been TTC for over three years now - Im on clomid, monitored cycles & had a lap/hyster/D&C in October this year. It gets more & more disappointing each time.
BUT anyway sorry to rant.........

Hi Aries,
Sorry to hear about the BFN but I am sure that it is just too early! I know how you feel. We tried a long time to have our DD and I went through three rounds of clomid the first time we were ttc and have been through 3 rounds this time and have been on puregon injections this cycle. It is really hard to have to put your body and efforts into ttc and then to keep being disappointed! Please don't apologise for the rant, sometimes you just need to let it out and know that someone else understands what you are going through. I will be crossing my fingers for you and hoping that in the next few days your wish comes true! Take care

Nothing's changed yet........ According to my cycle (O'ing on the 14th) I would be due for AF today it doesnt come!
My sore BBs have gone, no cramps like AF & I have the most clearest skin for pre-AF!!
So I am playing the waiting game - waiting, waiting, waiting.
