    Great thread PZ!

    1. You don't need to bonk like mad - it only takes one little sperm!! We conceived DD after only DTD twice that entire month Work out when you ovulate and time your BD around that date. The novelty wears off if sex becomes a chore and over doing it just isn't necessary

    2. Chart your cycles as soon as you decide to start TTC. It's a great way to get to know your body and cycles better. Fertility Friend (Google it) is amazing! Lots of info and advice

    3. Give OPKs (ovulation predictor kits) a go. They really help to tell you when the time is right to start BD

    4. Relax, enjoy and be yourselves!
