Berrocca and TTC/Pregnancy

Hi everyone, i think this is the right section, excuse me if its not
I'm just wondering if Berrocca is safe to take whilst TTC? i've read the packet over and over and over but it doesnt say anything about pregnancy or anything like that.
i'm probably being paranoid, but i dont want to use anything that might hinder our chances of concieving,

Berroca is completely safe while TTC/pregnant. Don't use regularly (over several months) as the extra high strength Vit b can cause nerve problems - in anyone pregnant or otherwise. Berroca is more for an energy boost now and then not as a regular supplement. HTH and goodluck TTC. Lots of babydust. Hope you get your little bundle soon.
