BFP 3 days later on test

Hi

I did a pregnancy test, looked negative (although i swaer I could see a ghost line). I shoved it into my bed side cabinet.

When I checked in 2 days later to put in the bin, there's a faint BFP. Does this happen if you leave a test too long?

Yes that has happened to me a few times and I wasn't pregnant. I'd be testing again. Goodluck!

Yep, leave it too long and the pee evaporates and you can see the area of the test where the antigens sit (basically the stuff that causes the test to create a positive line in the presence of HCG) even when no HCG is present.

I'd throw it out and test again (and again, and again, and again because I'm a POAS addict ).
