Blood stained mucous!?

Im charting my temp, symptoms etc. Anyhow I ovulated 3 days ago and yesterday afternoon I had some pink blood stained mucous (streaky) when I wiped and today a small amount of very light brown/orange mucous when I wiped. What does this mean? I gather its too early for implantation bleeding. Does it mean I probably wasnt successful with fertilisation?

Some women experience break through bleeding around ovulation. You may have experienced this. Good luck in your TWW.
