I'd say you haven't O'd. I'd ask for the progesterone to stop this cycle.

It's good that you are seeing a specialist - but please just keep in mind that if this specialist lies within the mainstream medical system (which i'm assuming is the case) you will most likely be prescribed further drugs or surgery and be refered to an IVF clinic. This may be fine with you, but once again i would strongly urge you to consult with someone specialised in Natural Fertility Management (ie a Naturopath) first as there is so much that can be done to reverse PCOS and change your fertility status naturally. As an ex-sufferer of Endometriosis & PCOS, having been down the 'specialist' path - if it is possible to save yourself alot of time and heartache by exhausting the natural route then it is definitely worth doing!! I was told that I would never be able to conceive naturally, but with extensive Naturopathic intervention I was able to say goodbye to my conditions and conceive naturally.
And please check out body ph and the acid-alkaline balance. Most PCOS sufferers are highly acidic! I would also suggest having a a hair trace mineral test done to assess your heavy metal count. Heavy metals can interfere with hormones quite drastically. Once I had excreted my heavy metals with various supplements my cycles returned to normal length.

    HTH! :-)
