Can the spew bug delay AF?

Hi All,

I am 4 days late for AF and desperately wanting to fall preg with #2. I had the spew bug last week and am hoping thats not the cause for the delay but just wanted to see if anyone else has had this before????

Sometimes you are more likely to get sick just after conceiving from what I've read/heard... And if you are four days late, you may want to test and see.

Depending on your body, you may have a late AF. But it's also quite possible that you'll get a BFP. There are some people, though (me included), that usually don't show positively pregnant on a HPT until weeks after becoming pregnant. I hope you do get that BFP soon!

Illness can delay ovulation which would then delay AF. But if you were sick only last week, then the bug you had probably hasn't affected your cycle.
