Can you feel it when the sperm meets the egg?

Hi All,

My LMP was the 30th of May and we DTD last night. This morning i felt period pain like symptoms in my stomach. I dont usually get this unless I am getting AF but that is not due until 2nd of July.

So do you think its because the sperm has met the egg? I dont know the technical term.

DH said that im just too clucky and I know im not due to ovulate until next week but is there a chance?

BTW, i think this because I think (although i am not sure) I felt the same period like cramping with DD and found out that i was 4 wks pregnant and also got diagnosed with PCOS.

Has anyone felt the same and became pregnant?

Thats pretty hard to tell from what i know it takes acouple of days for the egg and sperm to meet as they are only little and have a fair distance to travel and especially if your not due to ovulate yet. there is a chance you could get pregnant but it really depends on how close to ovulating you are if its more than 4 days than it will probably be too long for the sperm to survive waiting for the egg.
