has anyone thought of going on..... not a diet but healthy eating while they are preg to help reduce the weightloss and to just be healthier in general for their baby. i have been thinking about it but i have no idea where to start looking. I dont want to loose weight while preg, just be healthy. (tried to post this on another site and got my head bitten off because they thought i ment i wanted to loose weight while preg)
Healthy eating is a fantastic idea for your pregnancy...not just for you but for you baby as well...
I think if you do everything in balance, you're doing the best for the both of you.
Lots of vegetables and fruit, lots of water, diary, fish and meat, grains...etc. Just a really sensible eating pattern. You do have to eat about 300 calories more (a day) when pregnant...but that's not much at all...just make sure that the calories you are eating are good ones, not empty ones...
Now...if only I would listen to my own advice!!!!!

I am TTC #1 at the moment and have already started healthy eating. I think it is a great idea. I have also got my DH onto it as well.
