    cervical mucus

If there was the 'good' type of cervical mucus today, but the right side will 'cramp' on sunday along with more good cervical mucus, which day is the best for conception?
This happens every month.... mucus friday, pain/cramp from one ovary on sunday....
    Thanks!

CM normally should be better either the day or two before ovulation as the sperm needs to swim to get to the egg.. I wouldnt wait for the pain..

Maybe try an ovulations kit.. Might help..

Other than that bed when you can and enjoy..

I would suggest that you DTD 2 days before you ovulate. If you are absolutely sure when you ovulate then thats awesome and you can time it all a lot more acurately but the thing you have to keep in mind is the lifespan of your mans swimmers . My DH and I DTD 6 days before ovualtion and we were lucky - i thought that sperm only lasted a max of 4 days but he must have very resiliant swimmers. Thats quite common for the EWCM to present 3-4 days before ovulation, then lighten off or even dissapear for a day and then back the next day in which you will ovulate. Have you tried temping, Cervical position or OPK's? CM is a great way to chart ovulation but is usually not that accurate and esspecailly since some peoples sperm only last for a few hours (usually from between 24hr right up to 6days but sometimes can be a bit less) and the egg usually only lasts for about 12hrs so sometimes you only have a very small window of 'go time' hehehe.

Good luck and i hope you get the result you are hoping for!!

Another question regarding CM so rather than start a new thread, I'll just post here!

Do we have CM the week after O / the week before AF ? It's here at the moment but very minimally (enough to notice but not O-type CM), I don't ever recall it during this time of the month and I thought I knew my body like the back of my hand...

Is it perhaps a sign of increased hormones due to being P? Wishful thinking, perhaps.
