Hi Negrita!

I myself had a chemical pregnancy back in early January. I had a very faint positive test on 11dpo and then again on 13dpo, nothing on 14dpo and then I finally began bleeding late in the evening of 15dpo.

This month I may have just had a suspected mc/chem preg after having a strong positive HPT on 15dpo, a faint positive line on the evening of 17dpo, and I started bleeding sometime in the early hours of the morning on 18dpo.

Sometimes the concentration of HCG in the blood isn't strong enough to be picked up in FMU every morning, especially this early on. It is usually recommended to wait until your period is approximately 7 days late until you do a HPT, that way there is less chance of you getting a false positive on a test.

You may also have had a false positive or an evaporation line on your test (I believe I may be the queen of evap lines... 12 in one cycle this month from CD13 to CD26, Blood Test at CD27 came back negative) so it is defiantely possible to have evaps or false positives, even with good quality pregnancy tests.

If it is a chem preg, you'll be getting AF soon, either 14 or 15dpo usually, though sometimes it can be a few days longer.

If you are unsure about any results on a HPT, get a blood test from your doctor, but try not to get too excited until your period is well and truly late.

I hope that helps a bit
