CM after conception?? (TMI)

Hi,
Just wondering what sort of cm to expect in a successful preganancy chart. I'm definitely 9dpo and seem to have some amount of ewcm? (checked internally, sorry). I have had constant af back pain yesterday and today and I'm kind of expecting af to show within next few days. (normally i would have a blood tinge cm by now, tmi) Has anyone else experienced back pain like this in a conception cycle? also had some slight feeling of some kind on right ovary last night, (pretty sure I ovulated from this side this month). I've checked the successful conception charts on this site, they all seem to say creamy cm around this time of cycle? Had bpn this morning, to be honest, don't feel pregnant so not getting my hopes up. I have done a opk today and it has come up half as dark as control line and temps are high? Should just wait a few days but getting impatient, as you do. and besides, we are all here for support during the horrible two week wait. Any info on cm in conception cycles would be appreciated.
