I have been posting alot about this kind of thing lately as im trying to find out all I can.
I was at the chemist today to try and get different ph testers for your cm, now I brought some that where specifically designed for testing this BUT here is where im confused it say's on the pack that your optimum ph for your vagina and cm is 4! I tested and this is what mine is so
BUT isnt this what we are trying to achieve with all the suppliments its recomended you take to get the low ph for concieving a girl? If this is the " normal" ph level for your vagina then whats with all the diet and the suppliments if this is typically what we generally should be anyway??
That may sound a bit confusing but i am confused. I only really just recently realised that it is your cm that you should be testing ( I have been testing urine ) and it's hard keeping it low.
Is this right? is your cm supposed to be 4? thats what the packet says and thats what I am.
Sorry for the confusing rambling just had nobody else to ask
Was your cm tested at your most fertile period? I think you will find that it changes throughout your cycle, rising at your most fertile period and even over a full moon!
CM should be naturally acidic to ward off and infections, but at your most fertile time it becomes more alkaline to allow for sperm to survive.
Also are you taking your cm directly from your cervix?
Hi I havent taken the test at my most fertile time I O in a couple of days ( approx) i will be testing again before TTC, but it shocked me that on the pack it says that your cm should be between 4 -4.5 for a healthy vag.
after reading all the info on diets and supps to find out that naturally it should be at this ph seemed weird.
The brand I got is vagi Test vaginal ph tester. it is designed specifically for testing this you insert it like a tampon inside and wait 10 sec.
