hi there, im new here, so hello! i just wanted to ask a question - ive been on Levlen Ed for about 2 years. i had my last AF on the 20th april. i also had a really bad migraine that weekend and missed the last 3 or so of the sugar pills. i started taking the hormone pills again, but stopped on the saturday (2nd) as DH (miraculously!!) said to stop taking them. so now i havent been taking the pill for 3 days and today i woke up with slight bleeding. i only noticed it when i went to the toilet. but im just wondering if anyone had bleeding after coming off the pill or if this is possible IB, or if it is too soon for me to be ovulating and all that. sorry, i know this is a long letter, just kind of need some advice. thanks heaps!
I was on Levlen ED for about 10 years and have been off it for about 8 weeks now and I had all of these weird symptoms - even though my doctor said people don't have 'coming off the pill symptoms' I def disagree with him on this one...
The amount of hormones etc you are putting in to your body, there has to be symptoms when you stop putting them into your system...
I have only just got my AF yesterday... so at least I know I'm on track to O in the next couple of weeks...
I know I haven't really answered your questions, but I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone and I have had the crazy stuff happenin over here too!!!
hi i was in a similar position i took last sugar pill on saturday and sunday monday tuesday last week i took hormone pills till DH FINALLY said stop, firday night i had light bleeding (only on wiping) saturday woke up to a full AF today is tuesday and i have finished. i was on monofeme.

i was on levlen for 8 years and just recently stopped taking it....
i stopped taking it on the sugar pills so still got my AF as i would had if i was still taking the pill....
thats not really helping i suppose!!!
coming off Levlen...bleeding...maybe TMI sorry
