Coming off the Pill

I came off the pill (mid cycle) and three days later had some bleeding for about 3 days. Do I count this as my period i.e. count this as day 1 or do I wait until I was due to get my period (which is this week and it hasn't arrived yet?).

That's just a withdrawal bleed, you will ideally need to wait until you get your next full period to start temping and/or charting.
