Thankyou for your reply I don't drink caffeine or energy drinks, I do have pepsi max sometimes, but I will be cutting this out as well.
I actually eat healthy at the moment regardless so not much change

Think about what you'll do when you go out. So if you're in a food court, what will you get? And if you go out to a pub? And at the airport... Picnics, all those situations that are different to at home. How will you hide the fact that you're not drinking, if that's something you need to do?

Good point about the food court Picnics I would bring my own I don't drink with people at the moment anyway as I am designated driver for OH I don't like the sensations alcohol give me. What should I get in the food court? I usually op for the salads like Sumo Salad and Subway.

Food court salads can be a Listeria risk, and so many people choose not to have them during pregnancy. sushi is another 'healthy' food that many women avoid during pregnancy due to risk of Listeria. food courts are just difficult.
