I think is all ends up coming down to personal choiceWhen it comes to it, and there is a lovely piece of brie cheese sitting in front of me, I cant promise not to eat it - unless a doctor has told me otherwise obviously. I guess I am just wondering if what we eat during pregnancy actually affects the baby? I know the obvious like caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes and the like are a no- no, which will make no difference to me.
When my younger sister got pregnant, her and her b/f moved in with myself and OH - I was a heavy smoker, but I quit during her stay as I didn't want to affect the baby with second-hand smoking - never looked back.
