    Ovulation pain??

I've never taken much notice of my cycle but after being on BB and seeing how many of you chart and just know stuff about your bodies, its gotten me thinking. Been getting a bit of pain on my left side (which I have noticed before but not thought about it too much) and its next to my hip bone. If it was on the otherside, it would be under my appendix scar. I'm guessing that your cycle starts on the day of your period?? I would be day 14 according to that.

Its like a little cramp, and a bit ache-y.

    Ovulation???

Sounds like it to me. I don't get it every month, but since having DS2, I have been getting it alot more often. And it can be quite ouchey, alot like period pain sometimes.

Sounds like O pain to me. I got AF back when both DD's were around 6 months (even while exclusively BF) I knew she was coming because I could feel the O pain. I find it more noticable now and at the moment the pain is more then what I get when AF arrives.

Thanks guys!! At least I know what it is!!

Not TTC at the moment, OB told me not to TTC until the end of the year because I had a c/s. But, I'm trying to figure out my body.
DD is only 6 1/2 months old and I'm not ready to be pregnant yet, after all my complications (and DD's 6 1/2 week hospital stay) last time.

I've had no issues with AF coming back, bled for 7 weeks after c/s and then because I was unable to breastfeed (supply dried up, and because DD was only 5lb when we got her home she wasn't allowed to lose weight otherwise we'd have to take her back to hospital. I didn't want her to starve, so she's a formula bub), its been regular ever since.
