But as the pp said, opks don't indicate ovulation. They indicate a surge in LH. Ovulation occurs 24-48 hours later. Once you have ovulated the opks are blank usually. My clinic doesn't test for e2 at all while testing for ovulation. It can be determined by LH and progesterone so your tests on Monday should be conclusive.
