But as the pp said, opks don't indicate ovulation. They indicate a surge in LH. Ovulation occurs 24-48 hours later. Once you have ovulated the opks are blank usually. My clinic doesn't test for e2 at all while testing for ovulation. It can be determined by LH and progesterone so your tests on Monday should be conclusive.

Im not having a test on monday...

and my lab tests for e2... I think everyone is different.

I only asked for an opinion. Not a personal attack. Thanks ...

I know full well that the OPK's dont give a definitive answer to the "Have I DEFINATELY Ovulated...?" But a rough idea would be good especially since my husband leaves for work tomorrow for 2 weeks.

My leaflet with my OPKS actually say -

[QUOTE]Certain medical conditions and medications can affect the performance of the test. For example, if you are actually pregnant, have recently been pregnant, have reached the menopause or if you have polycystic ovarian syndrome, you may get a misleading result. This may also be true if you are taking fertility drugs containing Luteinising Hormone (LH) or human Chorionic Gonadotrophin (hCG). Please check with your doctor.
Clomiphene citrate (Clomid) doesn't affect ovulation test kits unless you use them less than 3 days after you take your last pill.

    Eta- negative opk on cd15.

    No smiley face!

    Surge done!

Thanks lovely ladies for your input!
