still in shock but sooooooooooo excited!!!

i have bad endometriosis and this is my 2nd month ttc. i am due to have a lap operation in a months time!

here is what happened for me.
wow-i felt symptoms the very next day the 29th may 1 dpo...i ovulated on my bday 28th may (and had a pre O dip in temp) and my temp rose the very next day-yeeehaa!!! the 29th may. that very day i woke with the sorest nipples and i never get those, only a day before my period sometimes.i get sore boobs and i had them aswell but never these sore nipples...ouch!!! like really sore and swollen too....ahhhh!!! hmmmmm!!! they got sorer each day. then 5 dpo i woke with a fowl taste in my mouth....yuk!!! i sometimes get this but not like this...??? 6 dpo i woke and daaa dooom....NAUSEA!!! oh my god and weeeeeeeeeeeeezzzz all the time...??? no this was not usual for me...???? wow could it really be.i really thought my mind was beginning to play with me....???? this continued and got worse.the waves came and went and the taste was there all the time. my skin got bad very early this month as i normally break out after or just before my watsies... it got to day 11 and i thought oh bugger i will do a test....but silly me i did it in the arvo-ERROR!!! but it was a negative anyway.i knew it was too early but i did it just to see and was a bit sad when i saw it....but we will see...???? anyway day 12 came and 13 and i never go past 12 dpo....??? i was on day 30! OMG!!! could this be??? day 14 dpo came and then i thought oh i will buy a another hpt and do it in the morning before my doc appoint i have late morning ( at the hospital with blood specialist before i am due to have my lap operation for my endometriosis) a little info i have had endometriosis for 2 years and has been getting so bad and have had one operation a year ago and i am going into have a more thorough one in a months time... my pain has just got so bad each month and i have heard the horror stories about endo and having babies... anyway back to where i was...i also didn't have the severe bloating and pain i usually have at this time.i normally get that straight after O til my watsies....??? so made me more suspicious...???? anyway it was day 16 po and black friday the 13th june so hpt i thought was the way to go this am.....maybe good luck fri the 13th seeing i lived in house 13 for 22 years......silly me again though i didn't do my first wee as i was so busting and si was still home.so i did my second we and put in the test....waiting, waiting..definately 1 line and thought oh it is neg again and then boom thought my eyes were seeing things a faint line formed next to the other....looked a way and then back, still there and got darker...not as dark as the other one tho.....WHOOOOOOOOPPPPPPIE!!! IN TOTAL AMAZEMENT!! i think it is a positive,,,,did a few jumps about the kitchen and then rang and freaked mum out...she was so shocked and a bit of disbelief!!! how so exciting.... i then rang si and did the same to him but he also didn't want to believe it just yet just in case...he was so surprized and was just walking to work... i then rang my doc appoint at the hosp and explained and cancelled...yippee!!!! this means hopefully no operation....no pain and no more endo....a miracle!!! will totally spin doc's out as he thought i would have alot of trouble and the best chance i had to conceive was after the operation in july... so i made some doc's appointments next for that arvo so i could do a test with dr tommo and also doc bradley.need to do 2 weeeez but some how i don't think that will be a prob.can't seem to stop weeing...ahhhhh!!!
