31st may (mistakes i made the 1st month ttc.)

just a beginner....i took antihistamine right around ovulation time which is a no-no because it dries u up and the sperm don't like it. and i also got up straight away instead of laying with hips raised for 20 minutes atleast...doh!!! well the reason i got up straight away was because the chilli in simons meals that i added went straight to his precious ones and OMG what a painful experience that was...ahhhhhhhhhh!!! we took a while to work out what it was and that had to be it....weird tho,didn't know that....has anyone else had that? interesting!!!
